The Eptakey team assists Clients by offering the Conservation Manager service, through the appointment of a professional with adequate legal, IT and archival skills pursuant to Legislative Decree 82/2005.
Starting from 1 January 2022, private entities are also required by law to appoint this figure in all cases in which the law prescribes obligations to store the documents managed by the individuals themselves.
In particular, the team deals with the following activities:
- Monitoring of corporate archiving processes and subsequent storage of documents;
- Coordination with the company functions involved in the document preservation process;
- Drafting and updating of the specific Conservation Manual;
- Coordination and control of the work of the conservation service manager, in the case of appointment by the company.
