The Eptakey team offers assistance to clients in the handling of whistleblowing reports pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and laying down provisions on the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws.
The team is also responsible for:
- creating a specific procedure for handling such reports;
- monitoring platforms that are designed for whistleblowing reports;
- assisting in the handling of any reports that the company receives.
